Written in the fleshly tables of the heart

Hoooola!!!

This week for a student choice assignment in my class I chose to do a study of what it means to have a doctrine or commandment written "in the fleshly tables of the heart". 2 Cor. 3:1-3

As I was read some scriptures it seemed to me that when something is written in your heart, it means that you understand it and are committed to live by and share it with others. One of the questions that was asked by my teacher was "How do others see what is written in our heart?" I think that others know how we truly are on the inside or what things are written in our hearts by the way that we act and speak. We will show those things that mean the most to us in our actions and language. It is so important to always show what we cherish most to others by our example.

Prayer is a doctrine that has been written in my heart. As I pray, my relationship with my Heavenly Father is strengthened, my relationship with my wife is strengthened, and I am able to get myself on the same page as my Heavenly Father. I am grateful for prayer and for the love our Heavenly Father has for us. He is always watching out for me and for everyone.
