Don't rush.
I'm perfectly fine filling my entire home with Ikea. I do not own one single Ikea item and I'm mad about it.
Good news - Our job might be ending soon (we might not have any more houses to clean) which means we can start our little life in Rexburg sooner! I can't wait to be there! I have never been more excited to be there in my life!!
We just bought a green apple Kitchen Aid Artisan. With a coupon!!
Somethings that have caught my attention are the little things we do each day that make us be the people we are. When Kent and I read our scriptures our lives are so much better and we just "click" like all the time. It's so cool and makes me want to be better each time we read. We have been awesome at morning and evening prayers together. Kent is such a righteous example to me and I am so excited to have little baby Kent's and have him lead our home.
We had just finished a delicious, much needed In-N-out dinner when we got into the car slurping our shakes. The parking lot to the restaurant sits right next to a stoplight that we had to take in order to get to our next destination. The light turned green right as Kent started the car. I wanted to yell, "Go! The light is green!" But instead, I sat there and waited to see what Kent's plans were.
He turned the radio and talked about how classic Celine Dion's music is while finishing the shakes. After 7 minutes of just talking and laughing we left the parking lot to sit at the stoplight. I will never forget that moment because I find myself always wanting to rush rush rush to get things done or move on, but Kent has such a different view about it and when we just take time to slow down and enjoy moments together it's SO MUCH BETTER.
This has been our life sofar:
Wake up, Eat, work, eat, work, shower, nap, eat, olympics, bed.
And I'm a month behind on our daily photo! a MONTH!
